Features: The lightest coloured malt. Produced from the finest 2-row spring malting barley varieties. Kilned at up to 80 - 85°C.
Characteristics: The lightest in colour, this malt is well-modified and is perfectly suited for single-step infusion or for decoction mashing. Pilsen malt carries a strong, sweet malt flavour and contains enough enzymatic power to be used as base malt.
Suggested Usage : ≤ 100%
Type of beer : All types of beer . Especially : Pilsner
*The packaging vacuum of the malt is confirmed before shipment. If the vacuum is lost due to collision during transportation, it will not affect the use.
* The purpose of rolling barley is to smash the barley to facilitate saccharification, and it will not be crushed very finely.
