Double Ale is medium-bodied. In terms of flavor, in addition to the aroma of roasted nuts, there will also be moderate caramel oatmeal and dried fruit aromas such as raisins, plums and dates.
(The flavor is better after long-term low-temperature storage. We recommend that after the second fermentation in the bottle, continue to store at refrigerated temperature for three months to six months or more.)
