Lactose
Lactose is a disaccharide, usually milky white, water-soluble, non-hygroscopic powdered solid, with a mild sweet taste.
Because it cannot be completely decomposed by yeast, it can be added in the last 10-15 minutes of boiling period to make the beer full of taste. Usually used for dark beer like stout.
Recommended dosage: 19 liters of beer, add about 0.5kg of lactose powder.
