Coriander "seeds" are actually not seeds, but the fruit of the cilantro plant, part of the parlsey family. They have a mild taste similar to a blend of sage and lemon and are often used in Belgian beers like Saisons, Witbier, and Grand Cru.
Usage :
We recommend 10 g to 148 g of Coriander per 18 - 20 liter batch, and the seeds must be finely crushed before adding during the last 2-5 minutes of the boil.
