Provides a herbal citrus aroma commonly used in Belgian Witbier, Grand Cru, Saison and other light-colored styles.
Use a larger amount for a noticeable orange flavor/aroma, or a smaller amount for a more delicate suggestion. Works well with classic European hops as well, or in English summer ale.
Usage :
To add a citrus punch to your home brew add 28 gram or more during the last 2-5 minutes of the boil or at Flame-out.
