An old-world German land variety that originally horned in on the popularity of Hallertau Mittelfruh. It is named after the growing region it was cultivated in and has a distinguished noble aroma. Hersbrucker historically has a low Alpha Acid, which makes it perfect for traditional lagers and pilsners.
*28g small packages of hops are all filled with nitrogen, in addition to prolonged storage, it also avoids excessive squeezing during transportation.
*If it is not used immediately, it is recommended to freeze or store the hops at a low temperature.
