A blend of Kappa Carrageenan and Irish Moss that encourages the precipitation of haze causing materials such as Proteins and Beta glucans to fall to the bottom of your boil. Prepared in a quick dissolving, highly soluble tablet form. Almost everyone who tries WhirlFloc® tablets prefer them to regular or raw Irish Moss.
Add to the final 5-10 minutes of the boil.
Note: ½-1 WhirlFloc® tablet is good for up to 20 Liters of wort. 1-2 tablets are good for 30-50 Liters of wort. We suggest using 1 tablet for 19 Liter batches for most beers.
