With a high protein content German Pilsen benefits from a rising temperature programme and lautering. 

The higher molecular weight proteins give excellent head retention and mouthfeel. High levels of speciality malt and non-malted cereals can be used with this malt while maintaining fermentation vigour. This malt can be used in single temperature mashing but you may need to increase finings rates to drop out the additional protein.

*The packaging vacuum of the malt is confirmed before shipment. If the vacuum is lost due to collision during transportation, it will not affect the use.
 
* The purpose of rolling barley is to smash the barley to facilitate saccharification, and it will not be crushed very finely.
